Quiet and exceptional room with exceptionally comfortable bed, a mini bar, satellite television, and climate control. Particularly good private bathroom. Location short walk to Banyuwangi train station and ferry across to Bali, and Ketapang port.

I enjoyed this hotel, it was beautifully decorated. The room was a nice size and huge and the facilities included climate control, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV. The breakfast was varied, they make a great selection of meals. The staff was professional, so I would love to come back.

We enjoyed this fancy and ideal hotel and didn't want to say goodbye, totally recommend. Pleasant staff and STRATEGIC location close to the harbor, everything was great. The room itself was fairly quiet and exceptional and had an excellent view of the sea. The bathroom was particularly good with a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets.

Every time in Banyuwangi, I choose this place. The hotel is fairly clean, staff are supper friendly and breakfast is varied and marvellous. Rooms are spacious and huge with good view and bathroom, as for instance, food is outstanding! Have a drink at the roof top bar.

The people working in the hotel were nice and polite. The location was strategic, and the varied and exceptionally nice breakfast was offered. Even the Banyuwangi International airport was not so far, 21 minutes drive away.

The breakfast is rich and amazing, includes a wide array of meals. Overall the room is quiet, huge and includes climate control, a private safe and a flat-screen TV. The location it has close enough to the harbor, the restaurant and mountains is comfy. Also, it's located 2 miles from Tanjung Sembulungan.

We had the a double room and it was reasonably spacious and huge with a nice view.

Location: best possible and incredibly comfortable, near the harbour and the open beach. Also, close to ferry terminal to Bali.

The room was not properly kept clean and available with terrace and good view of mountain, for instance. It offered us great and good location very close to Banyuwangi train station, the nearby restaurant, and Ketapang harbour.

As for me, the location was best possible, really close to ferry across to Bali and mosques calling to prayer at sunset and the Sea on one side and mountains on the other. My a twin room was exceptional and huge.

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel's location was perfect, with an open beach nearby, and a mosque calling to prayer at sunset. I also enjoyed the beautiful sunrise over Bali from the beach. The service I received was superb, from the room service to housekeeping, and laundry. Additionally, the amenities provided in my room, such as a mini-bar and terrace, were fantastic.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The restaurant at Illira Hotel exceeded my expectations. The food was not only delicious but they also accommodated my request to try traditional Indonesian cuisine. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options that changed daily. The views from the hotel were stunning, especially from the pool area where I enjoyed watching bats swooping down for a drink at night. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the layout of the corridors allowed for a nice breeze throughout the day. The pool itself was a good size and provided a lovely view of Bali.

One minor drawback was the cleanliness of the bathroom. It could have been better maintained, especially when it came to wiping down the glass doors and keeping the floors and grids free from dirt and soap scum.

The hotel provided me with a remarkable stay. The clean and spacious room had a very comfortable bed. The infinity pool offered magnificent views of both the sea and mountains. The hotel's breakfast was very reasonable and delicious, and the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Moreover, the hotel's location was near the harbor and was perfect to experience an astonishing sunrise over Bali at a nearby restaurant.
